September 2011 Update

It’s been a busy four months, we have relocated the Office and Bicycle Workshop to Byron Bay. Thank you to Byron Shire Council for their contribution towards setting up a Community Workshop.

We would like to say a big thank you to L&R Uechtritz Foundation for their generous donation in supporting this charity.

August saw a partnership formed with 350.org where we contributed 80 bicycles in a shipment to Nauru for the global ‘Moving Planet’ day on September 24.

Negotiations have been underway with Gareth from Dili Engineers in East Timor. Filling of the containers should begin over the next few weeks. Shipping provided by TOLL.

Matias has returned to Argentina and is currently organising a partnership with local NGO’s who have experience in benevolent activities with the underprivileged in Argentina and Chile.
